Orders are shipped worldwide by DPD

  • Europe & International (3+ days)


RETURNS POLICY  

All payments must be made before your order is shipped to you. Credit/debit card holders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. Additional validation and fraud checks are carried out internally. 

Exchanges/refunds will be granted up to 14 days from the date that the product was received. Please make sure you carefully review your order before finalising your purchase. 

In the unlikely circumstance you need to return an item, please send a returns request.

Please be aware that returns must be sent back to us within 14 days of submitting the returns request. 

Items must be returned in all original packaging and in ‘as new’ condition. All tags must not have been removed and must be intact. Please make sure to include your proof of purchase receipt within the package so we can determine who the return belongs to. Any items you wish to return are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse. We would suggest using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the item(s) and obtaining proof of postage. At this stage we are unable to cover return shipping costs. 

Once your item(s) arrive back to our warehouse, exchanges/refunds will be processed as quickly as possible.

The actual charge price to overseas customers will be subject to the exchange rate applied by the customer’s credit or debit card company. Customs, duties and taxes are not included in any item price. All international orders are shipped with delivery duties unpaid meaning any fees are charged once the parcel reaches its final destination and must be paid by the recipient.
